There is only one setup file, which is the same for all Editions (Free/Professional/Enterprise). If "Free Edition" is already installed on your PC, just wait for your account to be upgraded. "Free Edition" will automatically convert to "Professional Edition" or "Enterprise Edition" without further user interaction.
