How can I change the sending address of my account?

This is currently only possible for users of "Professional Edition" and "Enterprise Edition". Please contact support and include the following pieces of information in your request:

  • Your old RapidSMTP username
  • Your new sending address
  • Your order number (can be found in the order confirmation mail, Subject "RapidSMTP Order approved")
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a short time with a new username and password.
