Lost Password

I have lost the password of my account. What can I do?

You can reset your account's password by following these steps: 

  1. Enter your username in the login window.
  2. Click on "I lost my password"
  3. If you have entered the correct username, a new password will be send to your email address.

If you have lost both username and password of your account, please contact support.
