This feature requires v2.3.17 or later.

This feature allows you to track how long your users have read your e-mail (no user interaction is required). This data is automatically added to Tracking databases and is immediately available for sending targeted offers. Have a look at the DynamicText tutorial for more information.

To access statistics click on "View Reports" in the main menu. Choose your mailing(s), for you which you want to receive a report. Click on "Next".

Statistics are available both as spreadsheet (can be exported to Excel or CSV) and as graphics.

How does this feature work? How can I improve accuracy?

If you activate this feature, an invisible image is added to your email messages. When this image is loaded, the email marketing system can determine which user has opened the newsletter and how much time he has spent to look at it. Some email clients require the user to confirm loading of images. Because of this you should add visible images to your email message. It will help you to get a very good accuracy from this report.
