This feature allows you to track how many e-mails have been forwarded by your recipients and are opened by users, which are not on your list. Forwarded emails are a good indicator for the interest of your recipients. You can use this data to evaluate and compare the quality of your newsletters.
To access statistics click on "View Reports" in the main menu. Choose your mailing(s), for you which you want to receive a report. Click on "Next".
Statistics are available both as spreadsheet (can be exported to Excel or CSV) and as graphics.
How does tracking of forwarded emails work?
Each time an email is opened a fingerprint of the computer is generated, which is used to view the email. If the email is opened subsequently and the fingerprint changes, the email is very likely to be forwarded and to be opened by another user.
Is it possible to determine to which email address my email has been forwarded?
No. Reports only include the email address of the recipient, who forwarded your emails, and the number of forwarded emails. This method is not intended for collecting new addresses, but to determine the quality of your newsletters.
